yea i have a jdm b16 obd 0...and my check engine light keeps going on...and its reading a code thats not in the jdm manual...its reading 23?!!!...whats twenty three?!!..i know 21 is vtec but its not 21 its 23!!...it beeps . . ... just like that and i think thats y my car is laggin..someone tell me what it could be...
