Default Running Rich

Need help... 1990 hond civic 1.6 dx has been running rich since I bought it..
it is just my to work and back car but I would really like to get it running properly being as work does not pay for gas... I have tried everything I can think of replacing: 02 sensor, IAT sensor, IAC valve, catalytic converter,Checked the timing, fuel filter, distributor, air filter.. I believe there is a problem with my duel point injection but am not familiar with it... is there and easy way to test this or fuel pressure regulator????

well one injector is constant spray for idle and the other injector is for throttle
are your spark plugs gapped correctly? what spark plugs do you have?
have you check the coil and see if its giving a strong blue spark?

do you have any cel? pull the carpet up on the passenger side and look at the ecu, count the blinking light each fast blink =1 and each long blink =10 there may be more than one code, count til you are sure, and til it repeats itself

get a timing light and check the timing, you may need to jump the ecu and adj the dizzy to get the timing perfect.
