Default SOHC POWER!!??

i have a D15 SOHC non-vtec civic wiht a P06 ecu. would i just be able to upgrade the OEM fuel pump, fuel rail and injectors? or would i need to chip or upgrade my ecu as well in order to control fuel flow. or would an adjustable fuel pressure regulator control the flow. im trying to get the most HP i can out of this little engine so any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated! thanks

turbocharger/supercharger or some kind of spray is really the only way to get some real power without getting crazy expensive is forced induction or spray

ya i was considering boost. 1.5 single cam with 121k miles and stock fuel management tho, what do u think of one of those turbo kits off ebay for around 800 bucks? should i upgrade my fuel management system with one of those? and i have no idea what to do for dyno tuning. is there anyway i could skip the dyno, maybe buy a ECU thats can read the boost? or do i have no choice but to take the car to a Dyno n pay an arm and a leg.

ya ik that makes me sound like a bitch, but it seems like an over whelming amount of work for one person with limited tools and time. i would much rather do it myself because i love learning more about tunning hondas. im gona hold on to the car considering i just finished puttin a full body kit on and fresh hyper white paint. if i get a turbo kit off ebay, would i need to upgrade my fuel system? im lookin to run about 6-8 psi. i want to push the car but not kill it.
