Are you going with a Piggy-back or are you having your ECU reprogrammed?

to convert the car to obd1 just get a conversion harness from www.jkobd.com or www.boomslang.us

You will need OBD-1 to tune. Get a conversion harness (Rywire.com is the bomb), a p28 and get it socketed. Then download Uber or chrome or go buy Hondata s300 from Speed6motorsports.com. You will also need a wideband oxygen sensor. Start doing a lot of reading and get to it. PGMFI.org
