Well if you have the same type of motor as I do I have a 2000 EX, not sure what the engines last 2 digits are but I can tell you to pick up the Chilton book, and check out the O2 sensor wiring diagram, itll show you the 2 pins that read the O2 sensor and that it should be reading between 0.1v and 0.9v steadily, now there is only 5v's going into that sensor so what you need to do is put a resistor in line with those wires by cutting them in half. Now this is only theory because when I went to do it my motor died a couple days earlier. as far as what resistance you need is beyond me. if that works let me know!!! I would love to know if I could have gotten away with it!!! by the way, I will take no responsibility for what you choose to do to your ECU or Emission control system, I just have theories as to what may make things work correctly!!!!
