wireing harness? NEED HELP PLEASE!

ok, i have a 94 civic SI wireing harness in a 92 bubble with an integra LS motor. will an automatic wireing harness work with a five speed tranny and if so will i need to make any modifications.

all the harness diagrams ive read have never mentioned a dif in trannys, only thing goes to it is the back-up light switch and spedo cable, however on some models there is an egr valve on automatics.
