which engine with just bolt ons would be faster on the quater mile?

for some reason most honda motors are not torquey, i mean yea the b18c has a decent amount of torque, but iwouldnt say crazyyy

alright i have a 94 ex coupe and i was wondering if the gsr would fit in it. b16 is the most over-rated honda motor ever, period.
