b16 swap
You can use the SIR-II full change over kit you would just have to buy a OBD-2 to OBD-1 conversion harness which aren't very expensive to run the ecu also you would need a OBD-1 dizzy there would be very little wiring to do. That is probably the cheapest route cause a OBD-2 B16A2 is going to cost a pretty penny since they were only offered for 2 years. If you want to go OBD-2 go with the GSR motor instead there are more aval. so you can find them cheaper plus there
no replacement for displacement. The axles that come with the change over kit are the ones you need. You also don't need a engine mount kit since your car is a 97.
