im sure this has been asked before...but...what would be the best swap? both performance and cost efficient. been doing a lot of research on the motor specs but thought i'd bring it to the forums. going in a ek hatch.

heres a list of the engines im interested in..
k20a3 (5sp), k20a2 / k20z3 (6sp), h22a4, b16b

also how much would a k24/k20 head swap be compared?
looking to keep the internals all stock except for stage 2 cams and tune.
