Default Need Help Deciding which engine is better.

I have a 1997 Honda Civic DX 2 Door Hatchback all stock engine n all.Im having problems tryin to pick which engine i want to put in my car club tell me to put in a B16A Gen2 OBD1 Motor Swap (non LSD) which only pushes 170 bhp @ 7600 rpm,
Now i want to put a H22A OBD1 Motor Swap (NON-LSD) 2156cc, Which pushes, 200 bhp @ 7200 rpm. Both are Vtech Of Course. The H22a is cheaper nd has more hp but is the b16a a better choice???

the b16a would be alot easier to intall. personally i would bo with the b16 easier and it is a motor meant for a civic so in the end it will be better. just my thoughts.
