can you stick 06 Si performance parts in just a regular 06 Civic 2d Coupe??

I am just a noob also, but I would think the i-VTECH engine is a little different. I have found that if you put your car in the ProCivic website, it finds parts for you car that fit for each catagory.

No you can't, there might be some things that are compatible; maybe some suspension parts, but not engine parts.

ima noob to this but i would bet money that the majority of the ENGINE mods arent copatible because they are to different engine right?
