Are 1.5L Honda Motors Interference Motors?
I think the first timing belt change is reccomended at 105k, but being early wont hurt. If you take it to a garage youre usually looking at $350-$500 for parts and labor. But if you look around you can usually find Honda techs that will do it in their off time for much cheaper. Im buying an OEM timing belt/water pump kit for $125 from yoparts.com and I have a honda tech helping me out for $150. So I save a couple hundred and learn to do it myself next time.
By the way when you change the timing belt you usually change the Water pump, tensioner and spring also, sincethey are all right there.
