Default Odd issue

[blockquote]Ok. So I'd like to start out by saying I'm sure somewhere this issues been talked about and I just missed it in my searching. ok so on to my problem.

I have a 91 civic, 5 speed manual trans, and the car runs fine when cold. But the issue starts up once the engine warms up. Once warm and as I am driving, if I give the car gas and try to put any pressure past 3000 rpms my tach will start jumping upwards of 3-4k rpms and my engine will start to skip and bog down..

if anyone could be of any issue please let me know. my problem is I have little working knowledge of car maintence so please keep that in mind with your responces.

I'v changed plugs, wires. And the cars not throwing any issues.

i was going to say plugs, but if you've already changed them.....maybe fuel filter? Tryign to think of something that will make the car bog.
