Go w/ a kit. From the info about your experience I'm gonna say have someone install it. At first no need to get pistons cam(singular) or crank, run no more than 6-7 psi. Pick up some kinda fuel management and get it tuned. You're looking in the range of 4000-5000 at most.

4-5k includes the kit, feul management, and tune too. greddy kits come with feul management and are basically plug and play. look for a (real) greddy kit on ebay..pete got his for 1300 shipped.

Since ive started this project ive done everything myself and am really enjoying the learning oppertunity ill do the work myself but thank you for giving me some direction as to where to go. This information will help a lot might take me some time to do it all but it will be well worth it Ty all again
