RE: 75mm Vitaras question

So why not get the 75.5mm vitaras?

RE: 75mm Vitaras question

you could also get your 75 mm ones coated which would close up the tolerences a bit, and have less friction WOOT!

RE: 75mm Vitaras question

Its like the coating CTR pistons have, reduces friction and makes them a little more resiliant(sp)

They've onlywithin just a few weeks have been manufactured, and still aren't on the market just yet.

I see, but the 75.5mm are a better fit?

RE: 75mm Vitaras question

thats my question...will the 75's really expand that extra .5mm? and if so, then your going to be running the equivalent of 80mm pistons when the 75.5's are warmed up...now i dont know the stock bore off hand, but couldnt that be kinda bad?

I read on turbod16 that youd have to get the cylinders bored for the 75.5mm vitaras. Is this true?
