Default 97 B16A6

i own a 97 B16A6 Hatchback, only made some few mods like a racing clutch, simota flat pad air filter and the induction kit.
my car at this stage as a nice power but it seems like its not enough coz i'm still taking some **** from 1.6 20V toyotas.

the question is what can i improve on my car without strapping the engine, like simple mods that will increase some horse power?
e.g what is the best exahust pipe diameter?
what do i gain with a fuel pressure regulator?

if someone knows or have done simple mods and was successful please gimme some help

For an N/A b16 you can use a name brand 2.5 inch or 60mm exhaust. FPR has no gains but you can tell what kind of pressure your fuel is under. Get some header, a good name brand kind. How bout a better intake manifold? You could cam it and buy some Skunk2 stage 2s. You would have some nice power right there.

i would have to agree with the stage two cams. when i put them in my b18c1 i could really feel vtec along with more mid range power. also with a n/a engine is all about how much air you can move. ie; cat back, test pipe, good name brand header and a good tune would give you a good amount of power.
