Default '99 Civic EX Question

I want to keep my engine, but is there anything
I could do to the engine to make it faster?

Are there any good turbo kits? How many horses
can I get with it?

I need suggestions!

check out Greddy and Edelbrock. they make the most complete turbo kits out there. thats a great choice for your app.

Cool, thanks a lot for the fast response.

And is there anything else I can do to the stock engine to make it
better? I know cold air intake would help a lot and I want to get a
new exhaust system, but is there anything else? I see things being
said about headers and stuff, and adding VTec, what does all that
mean? Would that work on my engine?

if you want to do a turbo, then a CAI might not work after the install, so start with the cat-back exhaust and a good quality high-flow cat.

Ah, got'cha... because Turbo kits come with their own specially made intakes, right?
