The conversion is basically bolt-on... from what I've read (I haven't done mine yet), it's incredibly easy.
You need:
-Manual transmission (obviously), ex transmissions are geared the best, so try to find one of them
-New clutch kit
-Flywheel (if the transmission didn't come with one)
-Manual ECU (you don't need one, but you'll have a CEL if you don't)
-Manual pedals (well, you really just need the clutch pedal, but both pedal assemblies is recommended)
-Clutch lines
-Master cylinder
-Slave cylinder
-Shifter
-Shift linkage
-Manual throttle cable (there's a difference between manual/automatic cables)
-Manual starter
-A few of the bolts are different... I can't think of which ones off the top of my head
Basically, you bolt everything in place and you have to do a little bit of wiring. I'll see if I can't find a few links for you.
(btw, a trans. swap will cost $1000-$2000... possibly the best $2k you'll ever spend)
