i decided to keep my adjustable cam gear and just stick it on my car instead of selling it.

My question is since my car isnt turboed will it really make a difference in like acceleration and when i turbo it adjust it for more top end power

Will i still get the same gas milege? or worse? or better? just wondering if it is really worth it
