is there a difference in power in a single cam alternator and a dual cam alternator? i have a LS and im using my single cam alternator... i got my battery charged and tested b4 i put it in my car...... was able to drive but it only stayed on for about 45 mins. then my head lights died and radio wouldnt turn on barely made it home. and i have two batterys in my car. yellow top dry cell battery for my subs and 1 farad capacitor.
