ZC can be used with any 4G tranny as kappa said before

I got the hood from a friend....he had it in his garage and was gonna put it on his 91 hatch, but never got around to it. He sold it to me for 40$ and my old hood because he had just been hit a couple of days before. ohh and if I swapped the ZC and used my tranny what should I do to the engine before I drop it in? anythings that are usually done when an engine is out?

If it were me, I would completely rebuild it. But that's probably taking it a little too far for what you're looking for. I would do TB, cam and crank seals, plugs, belts, and a top-end gasket set.
