B16a2
Would it be better to swap my the b18b1 engine for a B16a2? Ive heard that the ls has more torque and its better but other ppl say the si is better because of the HP. Let me know what yall think about this please. If the si is better ima start the swap this week.

Here's the two things I'd do, depending on the budget.
1 (low budget): Boost the b18; even the b18b's can hold up to 300whp before you need to reinforce the bottom end.
2) (higher budget): Do an ls/vtec swap using a b16a head. Build the bottom end, and use a gsr crankshaft, and add oil squirters. Throw in some big cams and upgrade the valvetrain. Viola, reliable ls/vtec swap that can safely rev to 9k or higher. Actually, that's not a bad idea... I might have to do that lmao
*edit: to clarify, the b16 is an extremely overrated motor... feels like a single cam until vtec hits. IMO, not worth the trouble of swapping from a b18b to it.

i'm pretty sure GSR has a better cam than the b16 head (don't quote me on that)
