Default B20 With GSR Head

My buddy hasa hatchback he's selling for $3500 (Can)that hasa B20 vtecwith a GSR head. The motorhas 70 000km on it though. Its not boosted, just i/h/e. Itsalso got achipped P.28 E.C.U., and Stage 1 clutch, and MSDignition. It has been driven not hard, but for sure notlike an old lady.

The car is good,I'm just concerned about the motor.Any thoughts?
