Default b20 vtec build

I currently have a 188bhp JDM b16a and am looking to hit 220bhp.
The way i've thought of doing this is,
B20 bottom end,Integra Type-R inlet manifold,Integra Type-R fuel rail but after this i'm stuck, what else will i need for the swap?
Cheers.

I think the block is stock yes. I'd thought of the b20 as i really do wanna keep it N/A atleast for this one. So any suggestions how to hit my figures would be greatly appreciated.

big step for staying N/A and getting power is port&polishing the head, intake manifold, and match it to the throttle body. Instead could also get ITB's (individual throttle bodies). Then the big key is getting it tuned on a good program by a shop.

A stock or nearly stockb16a will not have 188 hp at the crank or wheels but I would suggest to turbo the b16a the b20vtec is not easy to do and will not get you to 220hp without pistons rods cams valves springs retainers etc. Not to mention stock b20s are not very strong they can be made strong but it you would need to build the bottom endto getover 200whp. Now if your looking for more NA torque and maybe a little more power go for the b20 vtec but I suggest to turbo the b16a way more power potential and similiar amount of work.

I dunno i don't really wanna turbo, basically if Honda intended a turbo to be on their engines they'd spend millions on R&D and do it in the factory, imo.
So do you guys reckon it's not stock internals? I know it has a uprated ecu and 5zigen exhaust system but that's all and it's 188@8400 at the crank and 145 at the wheels.
So what parts would people recommend for a NA build up? I want to keep reliability aswell though.

^They do it's on the acura model over here in the states. In other places (other than Japan) Honda aims more towards economy commercial sales.
