block guard

Default block guard

a buddy of mine trashed his motor project and had a brand new block guard in it. he said if i can get it out i can have it. so anyone know how to remove one?

good luck, its hammered into the block. You have slim chance of getting it out of there with out damage

what kind of block guard and does it have circle holes in it? if so you can use a sliding hammer to remove it.

i though some block gaurds the block has to be heated and pressed in... personaly i dont think its worth the trouble of trying to get it out, just buy a new one and will cause you less of a headache in the long run
