I just put this swap in to my 00 civic ex and while 170 is much better than the 127hp i had before i still find my self wanting more but not at the expense of drivability. I want a cam that i will get a nice hp gain from and still have a nice idle. I dont want to do a forced induction of anykind but with machining and bolt ons i would like to be around 220hp to the wheels. any other ideas are welcome.

 

over 200 to the wheels on an NA b16 is a huge order. but for a very noticeable gain, get a set of type r cams, and a Blox or Skunk2 intake manifold. then intake, header, and exhaust. youll be pushing a lot more than stock.

 

Well what i am thinking is with better fuel flow and air flow and bolt ons I should be able to take a 170hp motor and get atleast 250 to the crank. fuel pressure regulator and vtec controller are goin to be first on the list and just for fun i am goin to get a 50 shot of NOS. probly wont use it alot other than to purge. lol I just ordered some C5 fenders for my civic and i am goin to have it purge up and back outta the fender slits.
