Default Confused about Engine swap

Alright so I did some more reading last night. Here are my two options:
Option 1: D16Y8 and stick with N/A. I could do a mini me swap but I would prefer to do a complete swap. Is there any body that has done the complete swap, what kind of power are you getting after some tuning (cams, pistons, valve job) and IHE?

Option 2: B16A OBD1 and buy the OBD2 conversion harness. This engine has alot oof aftermarket support. I noticed there wasn't a huge difference in torque between the D16Y8 and the B16A. And again I would stay with normally aspirated. Is there many people on here that go with the high compression option? What kind of power and fuel mileage are you getting?

I am going to keep researching and in the mean time I am goingto save the pennies.
Thanks for any help.
