Default crank sprocket

I have a b18c1 im rebuilding for my 96 civic and i was wondering how to remove the crank sprocket. I know its only held in place with a woodruf pin but what can i use to get it off??? Also does anyone know where i can send my head to be rebuilt, kinda like a core type deal in the cleveland area or where i could send it out for a fair price.

check out our site for complete built race engines. We have some cores available that we can build for you or you can send yours to us. Feel free to email or call us if you have any questions.
