Default d series or bseries in my crx

so im building an 89 crx, widebody kit and all that fun ****. im trying to decide what i want to do for powertrain. so i can get a d16z6 and i have eagle rods, low comp. pistons and everything and i can rebuild and turbo with like 20-25 psi and shoot for like 300-350 hp. or should i buy my buddies integra ls and put the b18 in it and just do a light rebuild (its due for one) and just boost it with like 10 psi and not have to put so much money into like injectors, fuel pump, valvetrain, and engine management. I'm also trying to keep this on a budget. it also has to be an everyday driver. which is smartest?

300-350 wheel horsepower???

if so, you'll need a little more work done than what you have listed as well as a very good tune.

well i didnt include my headwork. cam, ferrrera valves, springs retainers, port and polish. it seems that power will easily be obtainable. but thats the thing is it gonna be far to much when it comes to injectors, pump, rail, etc. delivery in general. and ecu? is it gonna be more cost efficient and more reliable to go with the b18 ls with less boost?
