OK, so I'll be able to keep the SRI designed for the Y7 series after swapping the intake manifold?

This is where I get a little confused. The SRI comes up and out and will only fit a Y7 set-up. Going to an intake manifold designed for the EX will mean that I will have to change the position of the throttle body so that it comes out of the side right? Doesn't this mean that the SRI designed for my Y7 will not fit because of the placement of the Throttle body?
