d15b

I have a d15b block and well I don't know which head is on it, it isn't vtec and I want to boost I bought pistons and a d16z6 head but what I really want to know is can I put d16 rods in the jdm d15b

Rod yes off the shelf piston no. This is if you are speaking of the JDM D15B and if you are there is no need to put a Z6 head on it as it allready has a Z6 head on it with a slightly more agressive cam.

well I bought some low compression pistons for boosting but I don't have vtec and I don't know which head is on it, so I can put d16 rods in it

d15b7 ??? does the valve cover say 8 valve or 16 valve?

my cover says 16 valve and the id number of the head is pm3-5

the 8 valves dont say 8 valve on them. they just say honda motor _____.
