Is that a 94 civic ex with "D15B" being the only thing it says on the block?

if you have an EX with a d15, then yea, its swapped. I can't figure why someone would swap a d16 for a d15

If it just says D15B then it would be a JDM D15B, basically the same as a D16Z6 but different internals on the block.
