D15B suggestions please

I have 2 dr civic ex with a D15B vtec. My goal for right now is about170 hp. could some one please give me some advice on a good start to reach that?

why not do a swap???? or you can just build the engine. balance blue print..... you know

2nd generation b16 has 170hp or a b18c1 or even the b18c5 with 185hp but I would do your research and then turbo the d series.
