Can you make a d16y7 fast?? if not, what kinda b series engine can you put in a '97 honda civic dx?? or, what engine would be the best to put in it??

No, but your can make it quick. Ethier A do a mini-me head swap then turbo, or B just turbo it. Thats what im doing. You'll get somewhere around 170-210 to the wheels depending on alot of factors.
