for a "fast ***" car you'll need a decent engine such as b18c5 (type R motor) which will run you apx 3000-4000 depending on if it has the trani yet. h22, or a k series. you won't be able to get much for 1200 dollars.

If you wanna build up an N/A engine for good power you usually get some good compression pistons and an air intake, a header/mid-pipe and a good cat-back. alot of these things will need to beswapped outlater to accomodate the boost items. you would need a new turbo exhaust manifold, new turbo boost intake piping, a larger exhaust and some lower compression pistons due to the air being crammed in their. I just want you to know you have to decide now before spending too much on an N/A motor only to want a turbo and replace all of these things. Just a heads up and i hope everything works out for you.
