do u have bigger then stock rims on ur car??
u could look into a y8 intake manifold

Check your local junkyard for some HX rims.(stock honda) They are light and small. You could get a set and some cheapie sticky tires if you save a few bucks more. Maybe sell your 17's to fund the project.
