does anyone know if the gsr heat studs are 1 time use? thanks

 

If you're talking about head bolts, then it's up to you. They can be reused without any problem at all, since the torque specs are too low to permanently twist or stretch them. However, most people are too **** to consider this and just replace them anyway. Your call.
