Hi, I have a SOHC head that says p08-1 on the head, i searched and found out that its a:

D15B (JDM)
92 VTi D15B Auto--- -- P08-1

Is this the same as a D16Z6 in ALL ways?
And also, it says its from an automatic car...does that matter when it comes to the head?

 

the d15b and the z6 are strikingly similar, but defintiely not 100% the same. What exactly are you looking to do, drop a z6 in?

 

Ya, I wanna drop the Z6 in there for sure. Its just that I have this head now and I want to use it cause I heard the z6 and d15b heads are the same...

 

The heads are completely the same.
