Default Help..Bogging down..Slugish..

Ok i recently just bought a 98 ex coupe and im starting to notice that its kinda sluggish...especially if u put it to the floor it just wants to bogg down and fall on its face...does anyone know what this could be or have a clue to the right direction in which i should go in???

One possibility is low fuel pressure (see picture), which could be caused by a clogged fuel filter or bad fuel pressure regulator.

id put some fuel injector cleaner in it and a new fuel filter. and check air filter.also check dizzy timing. and spark plug gap.
