hell yeah, b16a2 is awsome and you can really here the vtech kick in...but if you want more power and your looking to spend money you may want to go with the GSR motor (b18c i believe).

B16s are boost only motors as far as I'm concerned.

Get a B18C if you have to swap, or if you have some automotively talented buddies, have them put together an LS/VTEC and save some cash.

B18's are kinda way off my price range... or i dont know. I saw one for 3k+

How about b16 g1? CLICKY!!

How about g2? CLICKY!

This g1 and g2 is on my price range as of the moment. Which do you think is better? Sorry for all the question guys but i really need some help!

The good things about a B16 are: a) the cylinder head, b) the transmission.

The cylinder head flows very well. No other B series head can match it without porting ($$$).The absense of porting makes use ofthe B16 headcosteffective (byHonda standards), and is therefore used very commonly on LS/VTEC set ups.

The transmission is also slightly better geared than most B18 swaps.

My 96lx had 200K when I crashed it. 120K IS just braking in on a honda...although the alternator might be going bad at that milage.

Yea i talked to a lot of people from the shop and they said the same thing, if i dont have a plan to mod, dont swap.
