Default Horse power gains from the following mods....

I am very new to the Honda engines and we are building an engine for a race car....here is the following mods that we are in the process of doing. The engine is a D16Y8.

Header with 2.5" exhaust
Cold Air Intake with cone filter
COMP CAMS extreme street/competition cam #105300
Head has extensive port work, and has been shaved 40 thousands.
Shortened intake, polished runner and intake
Aftermarket valve springs
Throttle Body off of B18
Chipped OBD1 ECU

Any ideas on what this combination will put out? The bottom end is totally stock, but we have replaced the timing belt. Also, what could I expect power gain wise if I pulled the stock pistons out, bored and decked the block and dropped in some good aftermarket pistons and rods? I am not able to run a "turbo" or do a "swap" so I am stuck with the D16Y8.

As is, I would guess like 140whp if you are lucky. Can't help you with what the power would be unless you tell me the change in compression for the motor when adding the pistons. However, all out D series N/A builds are usually depressing. A whole lot of money, not many gains though. I remember seeing a guy pour $10k into the D16y8 and only make about 155whp. He was upset to say the least.

EDIT - Keep in mind we don't normally condone these types of questions since it would just be a bunch of opinions flying around. However, the problem with bigger forums is everyone's E-dick is bigger than others so they need to prove themselves right. Most everyone on this forum is NOT like that so I will let this go for the time being.

I am finding that out lol! I have to stick with the engine that came in the car. I am thinking SRP 10.5:1 pistons with Eagle Rods. I have access to a machine shop and can get all of that done for no cost....just my time. My goal is to get 150 hp at the wheels if it can be done.

Thanks. I am just trying to get some basic information before I get started and what to expect.
