Default Hot when stopped. Normal when moving?

A few days I have noticed my water temp gauge being buried on hot when I'm not moving, but as soon as I start driving it cools back down to normal. My cooling fan doesn't run at all. I checked the appropriate fuses and they're all still good. So what's next? Bad fan motor?

A bad fan motor may be the cause. Or the wires don't have any power going to them.

If you are overheating at a stand still, but then good when you start driving, it might be just some air bubbles in the system that need to be bled out, too.

Jump the 2P connector for the fan switch on the thermostat housing. The fan should now run continuously. If so, replace the switch. Then bleed the cooling system.
