HP increase with Injectors only?

you wont push it hard enough NA to need bigger injectors. i was talking to a reputable engine builder at Comptech, and he said that at 12.5:1 CR, stage 2 cams, and over 8500 rpm, stock injectors will be best. anything bigger will just lead to an overly rich mixture that will kill your power, your O2 sensors, and your gas mileage. hey, just think, you just saved yourself a couple hundred bucks. without more than 5-6 psi, you dont need bigger injectors. a lot of apps at and even a little above that actually run too rich with 310s, so if youre NA, its just not worth it. 270s are the biggest i would recommend to anyone short of a moderate FI build.

thanks for the heads up.
so does that mean i dont need to get the fuel regulator and the fuel rail cuz it would make no sense and no diff in hp?

exactly, no difference. It will cost you money but will look better... thats about it.

actually, a regulator and a pressure gauge might help you, but usually you get power from it by DECREASING the pressure because cars are set up from the factory to run rich. its to prevent detonation, but it hurts ultimate power. be careful with it though.
