RE: IDLE
idle spot should be 1k to 1500 correct me if I'm wrong. But yeah I also have that problem my car idles around 500 to 600 and feels like its going to die or something. Still can't figure out what's wrong.

RE: IDLE
it depends on model of car and transmission, on my 95 ex with a manual, the book says sumthing like 650, and 850 or something for the auto. i have mine set a lil higher like 800 - 900 caue ive got bad compression in one cylender and bad motormounts so the higher rpms keep the shakes down

RE: IDLE
If you have stock RPM gauge there is a line right above zero. That's the warmed up idle rpm spot.

ORIGINAL: danomatic93 If you have stock RPM gauge there is a line right above zero. That's the warmed up idle rpm spot. There is a procedure that you need to follow when re-setting idle, it's also found in the manual. Follow the correct procedure or else you're just turning screws.. |
RE: IDLE
Look under your hood.. it'll show your idle range
