So i got my car back today. It was a bad COIL, the timing belt is fine................................so im going to attempt in doing the timing belt myself sometime soon.









oh well, at least its fixed.

yea, so the head is stayin on the motor. However, the IDLE is still fuc*ked up...........im thinkin its GOT to be the timing being off.............timing belt will go on in 2-3 weeks.

 

once it got cold my idle is f-ed too...:-D

Glad to hear thats all it was. If only Honda had made better coil/ignitors for the civics, damn things would never die.

 

Congrats on not having to spend the big bucks on a new head. Id much rather have to mess with a timing belt than replace a head because of bent valves.
