yes. if you start modifying it you will want to convert to obd1 so you can chip the ecu.

to be totaly honest with you dont go with the b16a they are torqueless. go with like a b18c1 you will be happier. But dont let what i say stop you from getting the b16a its a good dohc to start with thats vtec. Buy what you want

IMO you should go LS/VTEC. power of a GSR and more TQ. use a b16a2 head on an LS and prep for boost.

it depends on what you want to do with the block. if you want to stay n/a or go boost would help. but ya a b16a2 is a straight drop in from the d series motor.

why wouldnt it be possible?

the GSR is just as easy to drop in as the SiR and you actually gain tq. the LS is also a drop in.

they both have their advantages and disadvantages. advantage of a turbo is it doesnt suck power to make power. an advantage of a supercharger is it has no turbo lag.

me, im a turbo guy. most honda guys are. but there are people out there who advocate SC's on hondas. the biggest problem with a SC is they do suck quite a bit of power...and with our engines we need all the power we can get. and turbo lag is way over-exaggerated by people advocating sc's.

note: if this turns into a TC v. SC argument it will be locked immediately.
