I am looking for a H22 to drop in my 96 Civic EX. I am looking to spend around 4000 so anyone out there let me know.

check HMO for the swap package. It's $2199 + shipping for the swap package, then $450 for the mounts. Expect the total price of the swap to be between $3k and $3.5k once you include everything.
