Low idle problem after driving car

Hi I just swapped my first civic. Put a new z6 engine in. Just have a idle problem. When i turn it on it Idles fine at 1k rpm, but after I drive it around for a bit the idle drops to between 0-.5 rpm

after swapping the whole engine there is no particular spot to suggest you look at. go back over all your connections and wiring and make sure everything is plugged in correctly and nothing is damaged.
