Default Massive Hesitation

Ok so i have pretty much fuixed my car and all of the things it failed for inspection, so i start it up and there are no coded or check engine light on, and it starts fine its just when i go to give it some gas i put my foot down and it goes grrrrrrrrrrrr vrooom, and after a little bit i can have the pedal floors and it wont go past like 500 rpm, timing is on and my plugs are gapped correctly, new fuel filter too, any one have any ideas, im gonna recheck the timing tomorrow, i think it needs some tuning ...

Do a compression test on all 4 cylinders. Also, make sure there are no vacuum leaks on the intake mani. It could also be something wrong with your tranny.

compressions fine, no vacuum leaks at all, tranny is good, timing belt was off but ive had the timing gun on it3 or 4 times already and its perfect... someone told me it may be a bad tps or air idle control sensor..
