i've got an '88 civic hatch, have catback , s.r.a. and tuned good, lookoing into mini me , what engine can i swap heads with, does anybody know? and any body got a diy on this?

Just go the distance and throw a DOHC ZC in there. You'll be happier in the long run, and they can be had for about $500.

no...atleast if u put a bseries motor in...i think if u put a dohc zc in u could...but look in to a b16 or b18

yes you get to keep your tranny and axles. the only item that will not bolt directly to a dohc zc is any other d series intake manifold.

Ive got the Y7 engine... wondering what will power difference be if I had a Y8 Vtech head on it. And what would a Y8 head cost?

Expect to get about 20 hp with the Y8 head swap. As for prices, it varies a lot with location.
